The wheel is 16" 305. The 305 (decimal sizing) and 349 (fractional sizing, used by Brompton) represent the bead diameter with a 44 mm difference. A 305 Tyre wouldn't fit on a 349 rim and a 349 would flop around on a 305 rim. So you may have to use new Tyre tubes if it is to be fitted on a Brompton but for Dahon you can use your existing tube tyre on this wheel. Historically, the 349 is used where narrower, higher performance tires are needed, but it doesn't matter for a wheel with a hub motor power

a me non pare il tongxin (che poi è il nano), mi sembra più grosso, ma posso sbagliarmi
Infatti, forse con un freno a disco, si potrebbe anche fare...
Guardando in rete per capire se era un tongxin e mi parrebbe di sì, sono incappato in questo tongxin goldant che pesa solo 1,4 kg , ne avete già parlato da qualche parte ?

Visto che ultimamente ho troppo spesso per le mani la Purp di Desa mi sembra proprio il nano. Però spesso si trovano in giro cloni dei cloni per cui non ci giurerei.
