salve ragazzi ho bisogno di un aiutino per sapere come fare per controllare Ah gruppo celle, verifica necessaria per sapere se il mio pacco ha tutte le celle funzionanti anche se un led del BMS quando si accende dopo un tempo di ricarica di oltre 15 ore (carica batteria da 2Ah su pacco da 48v 20Ah)lampeggia ma non rimane acceso c0ome tutte le altre.
Ping gentilmente e con grande velocità mi ha risposto e vi allego il suo scritto in inglese, che velocemente mi chiede di controllare l'amperaggio del pacco batteria carico.
La domanda è semplice, come faccio???
la tensione da tester mi da a fine carica 60.30 v ma per sapere quanti ampere ha il pacco???
Posso guardare a fine scarica dal computerino che non ricordo come si chiama e che avete comprato in parecchi dall'inghilterra???

Hi Sergio,
Please don't worry. It doesn't mean there's a problem.
You said you had run the battery pack 2 times. Did you test the capacity.
Also, please ignore the small light on the charger when you charge the pack. You just need to observe the LEDs on the BMS.
Each red LED on the BMS is connected with a cell group. If one cell group is fully charged, the LED with it will light up.
Your problem is that one LED doesn't light up. It means one cell group cannot be fully charged. On the other hand, if this cell group has higher capacity than other cell groups, like 21ah, it won't light up also. That's why I asked you if you had tested the capacity. If the capacity of the pack is tested to be 20ah, there's no problem.
However, if the capacity is tested to be much lower than 20ah, the cell group must have problem and needs to be replaced.
BTW, we have tested capacity of every battery pack before shipping them. So, I recommend you test the capacity after 15 LEDs light up after charge.

potresti comprare un watt's up, 50€, collegarlo in serie tra batteria e centralina, girare in bici fino a scarica totale della batteria e verificare quanti Ah ha erogato
invece per testare le singole sezioni, sempre con il watt's up, applicare un carico da 3,5V circa (lampadina della bici) scaricare la cella a 2V e verificare gli Ah
non andare sotto i 2V altrimenti le guasti, il watt's up ti dirà a che voltaggio sei |

Devi scaricarle completamente misurando con il w-up od altro strumento che da questa lettura.
E' chiaro che quando il BMS stacca anche il watt-up muore perdendo i dati, andrebbe quindi alimentato a parte con un'altra batteria il collegamento è il seguente è indicato 4,6V il mio funziona anche ad 1,5V

Perfetto era quello che pensavo di poter fare avendo già un watt's up collegato fra batteria e centralina che fra i tanti dati mi da pure quello degli ampere erogati.
HO le batterie carichissime e alla prima occasione faccio la prova.
Ovviamente dovrei leggere al momento della "morte" della batteria (2v il cut off)circa 20 Ah erogati, se così non fosse allora avrei un porblema su quella cella.
Grazie della risposta ragazzi e scusate il mess "cu cu ciaooooooo" che lo deve aver scritto la mia gentilissima compagna poco pratica di come funziona un forum.
